A few years after my previous surgery, my double-eyelid crease gradually got lower, and it bothered me that it was barely visible when I opened my eyes. During my revision consultation, they first checked where the existing crease was positioned and also assessed my eyelid-opening strength and the degree of skin sagging. They explained that rather than keeping the old crease and simply raising it, it would look more natural to refine the existing crease while creating a new one, which was really easy to understand! On surgery day, they confirmed my desired height again before proceeding. At first the crease looked pronounced, but it settled naturally as the swelling went down. Now the crease is visible to an appropriate degree when I open my eyes, so it is much better than before!
