I hardly ran into any other patients, and rather than feeling crowded, I felt they managed the number of consultation clients well. The facility was clean, and while waiting after anesthesia, I waited by large windows overlooking outside; the view was nice enough to make the wait worthwhile. Both the consultation staff and doctor were very soft-spoken and kind, which I liked, but... the treatment effect was extremely disappointing. I went because of under-eye dark circles, and they said UltraCol could help to some extent, but even after three sessions there was no major change. Ultimately, another clinic told me I would need fillers to this extent for improvement, and that UltraCol treatment was meaningless.... Haha, I guess I lost money and gained experience.
