The staff were so rude from the time I made the phone reservation that it was off-putting, but the director was really calm and nice. They explained everything in detail and even edited some photos on the spot to show me what the result would roughly look like. It seemed like they would do it as naturally as possible. Aside from the staff being a bit rude, the director is good.
