I met with the consultation manager and then the director, and they didn't suggest other things or recommend any procedures; they only talked about the exact points I mentioned. I liked that there was no pressure to get procedures or surgery, but it felt like the explanation was mostly from the manager rather than the director. Other hospitals ask you to show them the eye style you want, but there wasn't anything like that here at all, so that was a bit disappointing..
