I visited on time for my booked consultation appointment. After filling out the chart and paying the consultation fee, I had photos taken of my eyes. I thought it was unusual to pay the consultation fee first. The consultation manager led me straight into the consultation room, pulled up the photos they had taken, set the line, and diagnosed me. They said I didn't really need eye correction or epicanthoplasty. I thought, why am I hearing this from the manager?, but I just let it go in one ear and out the other. Then they said the director might be a little late because of surgery, and that I would have to wait about 20 to 30 minutes. I said okay, but the director came 50 minutes later.. The director looked over what the manager had written and gave a similar diagnosis, explaining in detail how my case would need to be handled. My eyes are a little uneven and my eyebrow heights are different too, but while looking at the eye photos during the consultation, they caught that well and explained what would happen if I had surgery. This was the first clinic that told me that much.
