Maybe because I went there by introduction, they were kind (maybe they thought I was going to have surgery there ..?) The surgery was delayed, so the wait was long. The consultation manager was kind. The doctor was a bit blunt. Maybe because I had waited a long time, they seemed to try to explain the consultation in more detail. The cost seemed high. Still, I was drawn to it, so I had surgery there. They also carefully marked the line before surgery, which was nice.
