The director explained everything in such detail that I actually didn’t need the manager’s additional explanation at all. For the eyes, he pointed out the pros and cons of both incision and non-incision methods, and helped me make the choice myself. When I asked whether the natural nose I wanted was possible, he answered honestly, which I really appreciated. He only recommended the exact parts that really needed surgery, so I felt confident. He was honest, realistic, and had a very businesslike tone, but I think I actually preferred that.
