I went for a consultation about male rhinoplasty. He was calm and explained things slowly and well. I wanted a slight septum resection to relieve nasal congestion and wanted a natural look, so I wanted to proceed without an implant, but he said I would need silicone if I wanted to raise the bridge a bit, so I’m debating it. Overall, the clinic gave a good impression, so I’m considering it.
