Personally, it felt more like a dermatology clinic than a plastic surgery clinic. There were also lots of ads for fillers and Botox on the waiting-room sofa, so I think my trust in it dropped a bit... In the end I had my surgery somewhere else, but this was the only place that said they could do it with buried sutures. Still, I wondered if maybe it was because they didn't have the skill to do an incision
