I went because the before-and-after photos on Babitalk were pretty and the rating on this community was good. Right before the consultation, I carefully read the reviews here, and the high-rated ones all had reviews written together with this place and ㅁㅋ too haha. I went in with a bad feeling. Consultation fee: 5,000 won. Manager > doctor > manager. 1. Doctor's kindness: the most unsatisfactory part of this clinic. He came in brusquely and roughly marked lines with a toothpick, and I got a strong sense that he wasn't being sincere. 2. Consultation expertise: it didn't feel like he looked at my face in detail. It wasn't a comfortable atmosphere where I could ask everything I wanted, but he did answer all my questions. He tends to answer questions rather than speaking first. 3. Staff kindness: average. However, they didn't look neat, with face piercings and heavy makeup. 4. Clinic facilities: the structure is average, but the chairs, decor, and lighting inside felt old. It felt a bit below average for a plastic surgery clinic, so I’d give it 2 stars or maybe 1. 5. Expected outcome of surgery: the before-and-after photos are pretty. But the other factors were a big minus. 1) The messy desk / unorganized feeling / staff image made a worse first impression than other clinics. 2) The most important thing was the director's attitude, and I kept wondering whether I could trust him with my face. 3) A lot of the high-rated reviews on this community were for the same clinic. 4) They refused to disclose pre-opening career history.. I went in expecting a lot from the photos and ratings, but I realized it's really important to visit the clinic and have a consultation with the director in person. I wondered whether the before-and-after result would really come out the same.
