I waited a bit longer than my scheduled time, and the counseling manager's friendliness was so-so. Like in other reviews, the counseling manager didn't seem to have much specialized knowledge (ask the doctor if you have surgery-related questions). The doctor quickly understood what I wanted and moved things along briskly while searching for review photos of patients and showing them to me, so I felt it was very professional.
