The consultation manager is really awful. I only went there for a consultation, not to get surgery, but she kept stomping her feet like a thug and saying, "How are you supposed to get surgery if you don't put down a deposit?" and muttering to herself for a long time about why I even came for a consultation in the first place Their character seems lacking. Please manage your staff better^^
