I had a breast consultation with Director Im Joong-hyuk at TL. This was the first hospital I visited after deciding I was going to have breast surgery. The director was soft-spoken, but his firm and confident manner gave me trust. It seemed like he and the manager had been working together for quite a long time. If that's true, then the fact that they've worked together for such a long time makes me think there must definitely be good reasons for the director in terms of both skill and character. I thought he was thorough, checking the implant fitting, having me undress and then taking measurements, and looking at skin elasticity. Of course, if I do decide on surgery, more precise work will need to be done. The manager's consultation also came across as humane and not bothersome if I listened selectively and filtered out the unnecessary parts, and I did go in because they said a 100% same-day payment refund was possible, but I'm disappointed I didn't negotiate the price more. Still, I was reasonably satisfied with the first consultation, and TL is still one of my final options. The aftercare doesn't feel very systematic compared with other breast specialist clinics.
