I'm not sure.. At first, when I called to make a reservation, the counselor? was extremely kind, so I visited with a good impression, but I wanted a more detailed consultation and it felt like it ended quickly because there were so many people..? And after the consultation, they kept calling and texting, which felt a bit burdensome
