I don’t even know whether I actually had a consultation or not.... I went knowing what to expect, but I regretted it. I’m paying a consultation fee too.. What’s the point of the manager being kind? The surgery is done by the doctor. I don’t know. They must be very popular. There were so many people, and the wait was insanely long, so please keep in mind that patients’ time doesn’t seem to count.
