Before going for a consultation, I am the type who researches everything I'm curious about in detail and asks about it during the consultation, but the consultation manager was first of all extremely unfriendly. I got the feeling they were mocking me, and it left me feeling bad, like, "what do you know?" I don't know if everyone else is like that too, but.. they recommended much more than the procedure I wanted, and even pushed me to get procedures I felt were unnecessary, and I felt like they were being very sloppy, so I left feeling upset.. This was my own experience, and it's been a few months, so maybe they are not like that now maybe, but it was disappointing.....
