I went for a consultation for male eye and nose surgery. The consultation with the director was overall detailed and thorough, which I liked. While we were talking, I kept feeling like they would really perform the surgery safely, so I kept debating whether to sign the contract or not. My conversation with the consulting manager was... just average. They were kind, but... there was nothing especially memorable that really stood out.
