My nose bridge had already been reduced, so my nostrils were tiny, but they still told me to reduce the bridge again, which was weird,,, The nose in the simulation they showed me was so unappealing that I hesitated and didn't go through with it. It was a straight, masculine nose. The consultation manager's nose was so pretty though... probably because they designed it themselves.
