The director wasn't exactly comfortable to talk to, but she answered my questions well, and when I said I was curious about reviews, she even went into her friend's Instagram to show me, which I was really grateful for. The doctor was on the calmer side, but I was anxious and asked the same question several times, yet he never seemed annoyed and answered so well that it really stuck with me. I think I'll keep looking into hospitals and then decide on a surgery date.
