Because the hospital was so large, I was sitting shrunken in the waiting room, but the manager was incredibly kind. I was speaking while stumbling over my words, but even if I spoke incoherently they understood me perfectly and explained things in great detail, like telling a story, so it was really helpful. The consultation with the director was also fine ~
