I had consultations for my eyes and nose, and this place seemed like the whole building was a hospital.. Anyway, the wait time was incredibly long, so everyone kept asking the front desk, 'When is it my turn?' The consultation coordinator was very kind, but they were way too pushy about reservations. When I said I still wouldn't do it, their attitude changed. The director who consulted on my eyes was very thorough and I was satisfied, and the director who consulted on my nose came in after surgery and was so careless with the consultation, ,,,
