I went there for a consultation. First, the front desk people were just chatting nonsense among themselves, way too much pointless small talk, and their voices were loud enough for everyone sitting there to hear. At other places, if I’m sitting there and there’s a registration form, they usually bring it over directly or come to get it, but here they told me to go get it myself. The staff here must have very heavy butts There seem to be a lot of staff visible while waiting, but some of them just sit around goofing off. It’s noisy and chaotic, and apparently the operating room is in the basement. They said the wait would be about 10 minutes, but even after an hour they still hadn’t called my name, so I went and complained, and they seemed to have forgotten I even existed. “Uh??!!?? Huh?? Wait a second...” they were all flustered. I don’t think I’ll ever come here again. It seems like they’d handle surgery the same way. I don’t know how the surgery result will turn out, but you should be ashamed that a plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong has service mindset like this and is this freaking terrible Rather than hiring so many staff like a chaotic marketplace, I’d rather hire a few people who actually handle things well and improve the service quality of the clinic to raise its reputation
