I had arm liposuction and thread lifting 4 years ago. The office manager was kind, and maybe because my close older sister had square-jaw surgery here, they treated me well. The standard for being treated well is just being friendly, but I went on the day before a holiday because they said thread lifting had no swelling, and maybe because they were busy, the surgery didn’t even start until 3 hours later. During the surgery I woke up, but they didn’t put me back under, and they kept operating while I was awake. I said it hurt, but the doctor rudely said it would be over soon so stay still, and then 20 to 30 minutes passed like that. Even now I still remember it, and I can’t do local anesthesia. My arm still has scars... They said they’d do scar laser three times, but the scars are still there, and anyone can clearly see holes on both sides. Of course the office manager can’t be reached, and the clinic said they would contact me but never did, so I still wear long sleeves in summer.
