I had lateral and lower canthoplasty before, but the lateral canthoplasty had no effect, so I later had revision surgery.. They said there wasn’t enough space, so they focused on the lower canthoplasty, but the lower canthoplasty had no difference before and after, probably because it was only pulled with sutures, so I had it done again. The lateral canthoplasty was only opened a little, so later the outer corners of my eyes went back up and reattached. The hospital facilities were really good, and the director was gentle and kind, and they even accepted aftercare gladly, but the surgery itself didn’t go well. It seems they don’t do overly aggressive surgery relative to the structure of your eyes. After surgery, the follow-up care and things like that were okay. The treatment room was also clean, and the building was big, which was nice.
