The director recommended the three types of facial contouring. He said that if only the contour gets pretty, I'd become much prettier. I had said I wanted the consultation to be as natural as possible. I ended up putting down a reservation deposit because they pressured me to do so, but I couldn't get a refund.. I still haven't had the surgery.
