I had square jaw and chin contouring surgery 3 years before the clinic disappeared. It turned out reasonably well, but I do think it could have been a little more. Everyone was reasonably friendly, but after actually having the surgery, I couldn't shake the feeling that it was factory-style. It was really hard to see the doctor after the surgery.
