I reserved a consultation time about a week in advance, but the day before I got a call saying they’d have to change the time because of a sudden surgery schedule, so it disrupted my plans. Still, I went for a consultation about revision eye surgery, and they were kind and explained everything in detail. They drew diagrams for me, explained my questions well, measured how many millimeters, and I was satisfied with the consultation.
