As you can see from this clinic's reviews, the consultation was kind and they explained things in a gentle, detailed way. The surgeon looked a little tired, so I kept asking questions and felt a bit sorry, but he answered well. He said everything could be done the way I wanted, which made me feel reassured at times but also anxious.
