The director answers questions sincerely and honestly says when something can't be done... They also run a blog and explain post-op care and other things well, so they seem conscientious. I went because I heard they were famous for under-eye fat repositioning when they were at Jo and Shin!~~ I'll get a consultation at Jo and Shin next week and make my final decision.

The manager is not burdensome and is kind. The doctor seems very calm, and now he explained my eye diagnosis by drawing it out, and he also drew how the surgery would be done to explain it. He answered all my questions calmly too.
