Unlike other hospitals, there wasn’t much talk with the manager, and I went straight into a consultation with the director, which I found very reliable and good. I was surprised because they firmly told me not to do the procedure I wanted... but could that actually be seen as honesty?? But instead they recommended another procedure, and when I searched it on YouTube, it was the kind of method people say not to do, so I’m confused
