The director seemed a little timid? He spoke softly with a quiet voice but gave professional consultation. The front desk staff didn’t pay attention whether people came or not and were just busy giggling among themselves. The manager had a look and tone that felt like they were mocking people. I liked the director’s consultation, but I passed because of the staff.
