In general, both the consultation manager and the director were kind, and the director didn’t give the feeling of pushing anything too much. I went there with high expectations, and it turned out to be pretty good. The explanations were rather detailed, and my friend says she booked a surgery date here, while I’m still thinking about it. They gave me a student discount, so the cost was low.
