I went at my reserved time, but they told me to wait. I don't know whether he had just come out of surgery or had just finished surgery, but the consultation was rushed and chaotic. I honestly couldn't understand a single thing, and the consultation with the director and the one with the manager before that were different. From my perspective, it felt like a waste of time.
