They explained the surgery in an easy-to-understand way and noted down that they understood what I wanted, so I was satisfied with the consultation. But I wondered if they were that confident because at another hospital they had said it couldn't be done. There were no discounts, so it felt a bit expensive. The staff didn't seem especially friendly.
