At first, the director manager looked like she was in her early 30s, but she was actually in her 40s, so I was very surprised, and for some reason I felt reassured by her. But the manager is not particularly calm or kind, and seems a bit sharp. And I got the strong sense that they were pushing surgery and procedures. I went in because of hollowness under my eyes, but she recommended a revision nose surgery, so I wasn’t in a very good mood. The director is kind too, but the price is expensive. They did make it a bit cheaper on the condition that I send in eye photos, but since lower blepharoplasty and full-face fat grafting are priced separately, it ended up being very expensive.
