I contacted them after seeing reviews of Director Lee Han-eol on Gangnam Unnie and YouTube, but I was surprised that Director Lee Jeong-woo came out for the consultation that day. Still, he's the chief director, has a lot of experience, and the consultation was really kind and detailed. Satisfaction with the direct consultation with the doctor was 5 stars. There were all kinds of plaques and photos of activities abroad, including in Vietnam, pasted all over the room, so I got the impression that he had a lot of experience. But in other aspects, trust goes down. First of all, I really dislike the consultation manager's attitude of trying to build a relationship by making personal small talk like selling clothes in Dongdaemun, and that was exactly the style. And when I said the price was too high and I'd think about it, they asked how much I was thinking of, then said if I put down a deposit now, they would argue with the director to match that price, which was really off-putting. After this consultation, I learned that surgery fees can be negotiated too, lol, and I ended up going to another hospital I liked and trying to ask for a discount. The promotional messages sent by chat also made me strongly feel that this was a place more focused on money than surgery, after seeing ads saying consultations were possible just with photos from overseas. In the end, the surgery cost was much higher than elsewhere and I couldn't trust them, so I passed.
