I really thought the consultation could be kept super simple, like, just say it doesn't look unnatural and that's enough.. They were so cool that I thought, wow, maybe I can just do it without much basis, but maybe because I went alone as a man, the explanation was way too lacking. The doctor was really nice, though. I should have gone with a woman
