I visited the clinic for a consultation, and there were a lot of people waiting. I went because I wanted to lower my line, but they said there was no real need to do it, and if I really wanted to, I should come back after the busy season ended. So even the part where they said it wasn’t necessary felt a bit like I hadn’t really been able to get a proper consultation because they were busy.
