There were a lot of people there, whether they were coming for consultations or had already had surgery. When I went for a consultation, it didn't feel like the doctor was calmly listening to the patient's words; because they were busy, it felt more like the doctor was leading the conversation quickly, but I liked that they spoke honestly.
