The doctor is full of confidence and doesn't hold back on blunt feedback. When I said I wanted a natural line, at first he drew it higher, then lowered it a bit. The result was a very natural in-out line! There is almost no scar from the epicanthoplasty, and the line is honestly very natural. If I had to name a downside, it would be that it's too natural??
