The staff member was very kind. At first I consulted with one director, and when I said that doctor mainly does buried-suture surgery but I also wanted to consult about incisional surgery, the staff member kindly arranged a consultation with another director who mainly does incisional surgery. Even the consultation with the doctor was kind, so I liked it.
