During the consultation, they used Photoshop to show me what the face might look like after surgery, but hmm... the Photoshop pictures themselves weren't great. They also recommended that if I ever wanted, I could do my chin later too. Again, the Photoshop wasn't great. I brought photos, and they said it could be made higher and prettier. I thought, to raise my nose that much, it'd be almost like the Leaning Tower of Pisa, so I was stunned. But because they were so confident, it really felt like it could actually be done.
