The consultation was the worst. I made a reservation and went, but I could only consult with the manager. They were rude and casually used informal speech, which made me feel bad. I booked a consultation with the director and decided to visit again a few days later. On the day of the consultation reservation, they called an hour before and asked if I could move it 30 minutes earlier, so I said okay. When I got there, it was again only a manager consultation (they said there was no record of the previous consultation, so they took photos again.) It was a different manager, but this one used informal speech too.. They said if I wanted to see the director, I had to wait until my original reservation time, which was so absurd that I was speechless and just left without seeing the director.
