There was no waiting for the consultation. The staff were really kind. The facility was good too. The doctor is the type who tries hard to explain things in detail, but they said they wanted to do the surgery using a method different from the other hospitals I had visited, so I'm torn. The consultation manager was also enthusiastic and kind. There was no pressure to make a reservation.
