They seem to recommend incision only here. Other places all talked about buried sutures, but here they talked about incision, and if you look at the reviews, there are a lot of incisions too. For procedures like canthoplasty, they don't recommend them unless they are really necessary, so that gave me trust. The doctor seemed confident in the surgery itself, but the surgery cost was way too high and I was scared of incision, so I skipped the surgery.
