The consultation wasn't bad, and the overall feeling was just average. The director seemed a little busy, aside from that? The manager lady was kind. There are quite a few reviews saying it's not great, but personally the consultation wasn't bad. I haven't had the surgery though, so I don't know whether they're actually good.. I think there must be a reason it's famous, and that there would also be reviews with very mixed opinions.
