The waiting time is insanely long, but they’ve already scheduled everything. (they hate even the slightest time loss, but they don’t care about the customer’s time ..) If you ignore just that, it seems okay as long as the surgery result is good. The doctor was polite and didn’t push sales too hard, so I felt reassured.
