They made it look very natural, and the graft took quite well. There wasn't much discomfort, and they had a sense for aesthetics, so the design was handled well and it wasn't a standardized design. I had a bad experience before where fat grafting caused sagging, so I was worried... Maybe because they put in only a small amount, I don't know, but it didn't sag, and the volume on both sides was made very even. Haha. The only thing is that there was a premium added back then, so I paid much more than the usual market price. I think it came out to the level I expected.
