I remember the director’s attitude being really bad throughout the consultation, maybe because he was tired or something... It didn’t feel like he was explaining things in much detail either. The manager was kind, but what the manager said and what the director said were often quite different (for example, the manager said skin elasticity was the biggest issue, but the director said elasticity wouldn’t be a problem at all). If you make a reservation on the same day, they give you a discount.
