I feel like the consultation was handled well, but it wasn't extremely detailed, so I didn't feel strongly drawn to it. The consultation manager was similar; it didn't feel very professional, and unlike what I saw on the app, the non-event price was much higher than I expected. I said I would think about it and get back to them, but they pushed hard for same-day booking, and since they said they would cancel if I contacted them anyway, I reluctantly paid, but I had to contact them separately to cancel, which was a hassle. There is a discount if you write a review on the app.
